1、High speed driving on rough roads or heavy objects hitting wheels can cause damage to wheels or equipment. Therefore, please check the bracket and fasteners regularly. Tighten the loose axle and nut and check whether the weld or support plate is damaged. Overload or impact will cause deformation of the support. The deformed support makes the heavy load lean and press on individual wheels, which leads to premature damage of wheels. If it is a stick type wheel, tighten the nut or rivet firmly to ensure that the equipment and device support is not bent and the stick is installed correctly. Lock nuts or lock washers shall be used when assembling casters. The device for expanding the casters with inserted rods shall ensure that the inserted rods are firmly installed in the casing. 2. Lubrication: add lubricating oil regularly, and wheels and movable bearings can be used for a long time. Apply lubricating oil to the friction parts of the wheel shaft, seal ring and roller bearing to reduce friction and make the rotation more flexible. Under normal circumstances, lubricating oil shall be applied every six months. The wheels of the car should be lubricated after cleaning every month. Wheels: Visually inspect the wheel for wear. The poor rotation of the wheel is related to the fine red, rope and other sundries. The anti wrap cover can prevent the entanglement of these impurities. The casters shall not be too loose or too tight, and the damaged casters shall be replaced in time to avoid unstable rotation. After checking and replacing the wheel, ensure that the axle is tightened with lock washer and nut. Because the wheel axle is loose, it will cause the wheel web to rub against the support and get stuck. Replacement wheels and bearings shall be available to avoid production loss. 3. Active steering: If the active steering is too loose, it must be replaced immediately. If the castor center rivet is fixed by nut, it must be firmly locked. If the movable steering cannot rotate freely, check the ball for corrosion or dirt. If fixed casters are equipped, ensure that the casters support is not bent.
